Nice apartment, good location but noisy
I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on a Friday. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (even dish washer!), nice couch with big flat screen TV, good shower over bath and very comfy bed. Overall the apartment is very clean, modern and well maintained. Location-wise it’s perfect; only 5 minutes walk to Liverpool One and Albert Dock. The only problem was that the walls aren’t very sound-proof. My apartment was on the third floor and I could hear people coming through the entrance on ground floor, especially on a Friday night when people came back drunk and talked very loudly. Nice place to stay but I would avoid weekends.

Dirty and noisy
Originally we booked at the SPECTRUM apartments and they were awfully dirty, the TV was not working at all, extremely noisy, so we had to sleep on top of the beds and wearing our clothing, we could not sleep until 4 am when the young people below our apt. stop partyng in sunday! We complained with the manager and they moved us to a newer place on the same street wich was very good, very modern, comfortable and very well conected to the cathedral and shoping center and Albert Dock it has everything we could need and the only disadvantage was that it was quit warm but absolutely will recomend it and I’m planning to go back next year.

I was ignored!!
Everything was good except in one of the bedrooms (the master) the bulb needed to be changed. When I told them they told me they would change the bulb the day after, while I would be out. However, when I returned at night I noticed nobody had come to take care of that. We were only there for two nights and we were disappointed to see we were ignored
