good location
5 minutes to the falls, nice atomosphere and employees were friendly. We have enjoyed the stay.

Good old family owned motel. Breakfast buffet is reasonable.

Overall good time. Hotel needs updating but satisfactory
Hotel was dated but clean. Room was cramped but didn’t spend much time in it.Free parking was a convinience. Had fallsview room and was pleased with good view of American falls, Hotel within walking distance of all attractions. Casino Nigra was great. Casino Comedy club worth going to. Overall pretty good time. Would go back but probly not on a holiday. Rates would have been much cheaper.

great location
This hotel is a good find in Niagra. It is no Sheraton but it is quiet and clean and the location is superb. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and yet only a 10 minute spectacular walk to the falls. The rooms are a bit dated but they were clean and comfortable.
