AMAZING HOTEL!!
The hotel was lovely inside and out. The food was fantastic in the hotel. Would definately go back. The hotel was very near to Bath centre. The shoppping there is great!

An old dinosaur
The hotel looks good from the outside and has got very nice gardens, however I found the decor of the rooms quite stuffy and very tired: dark, anonymous furniture did not lift my spirit at all after a long day work. My minibar was empty. The restaurants lack atmosphere. It definitely needs an improvement and doesn’t deserve the 5 stars they claim, even if the service was attentive.
