Home in London
Wonderful little hotel in London...felt like being in a nice house as a guest. Lovlly neighbourhood. Small rooms but perfectly furnished with modern bathrooms. Convenient stores nearby to buy some fruit or yougurt. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping area in High Marylebone and Walker street. Can´t wait to go backˇˇˇ

Not as good as it was
We have stayed in this hotel many times over 15 years. This time, on a 3-day stay, they put my parents-in-law in a room facing a wall - two feet outside the window. It was dark and gloomy, to say the least. For the same price, we had a nice view of the Square. The hotel moved them when I complained, but the room should have been seriously discounted in the first place. Room service was iffy - we got a pot of coffee on two mornings, and a single cup on the third. Internet access was miserable - I had to spend half an hour on the phone with the support service before I got anywhere. And the nice, relaxed Potting Shed has been replaced by an Italian restaurant. We dont go to a quintessentially English hotel to eat Italian - we can do that anywhere. In brief - disappointing.
Traveller's tip
If youve never stayed before, youll probably be happy. If youve been frequent visitors, re-think, and find out what room theyre planning to put you in.

Brilliant!
We had a brilliant stay at this wonderful hotel - the bathroon was lovely and the decor of the room was very smart. We would definately come back again and also throughly recommend this hotel to our friends and family! We really enjoyed the location.
