Good value of money
Staff very kind and the hotel is located in LA downtown, if you are looking for touristic points this is not the place unlees you are driving. Parking expensive , double for the average at similar hotels

Great Location
The Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. Parking was $35 per night but coming from a big city I expected that much. Not that many restaurants around but there are some that are 24 hours within walking distance. Conveniently located next to public transportation that can get you anywhere.

Convenient Location
The Wilshire Grand is in one of the best locations in LA and have nearby restaurants and entertainment. The hotel staff needs improvement in their customer service skills.
