A nice hotel but be prepared for lots of walking!
Hotel was more than acceptable and the service from the staff was great - everyone spoke good English and they resolved a problem that we spotted with the toilet in our room within minutes. The location was a slight problem as we were at least 20 minutes walk away from the more popular areas that we found ourselves in most days and evenings (parlement place, comedie place etc). There were tram stops fairly nearby and the Chartrons quay area just around the corner had some nice cafes and restaurants.

Just out of town centre, but quiet as a result. Easy walk to excellent tram routes
Looking a bit tired, but clean and staff very helpful. Superb buffet breakfast in the garden. Ate out the rest of our meals, or with friends. Our bed was Gigantic, and very comfortable.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
We found the open air tourist bus very interesting and good value with an English recorded comentary.

5 star service at a 4 star hotel!
All the staff were extremely friendly (and spoke English). Rooms were fairly nice. The service was excellent as they went above and beyond to serve us, in additional to serving my friend who wasn’t even staying at the hotel (but was just visiting). The only downside is that the hotel is quite a long walk for the city center (about 15 minutes).
