stay in Newark
went in the tunnel in the evening and tons of hockey fans were walking by. the blue devils play one block away at their arena

Am coming back
Great hotel, conveniant accross from Newark Penn Station takes less then 20 min in the train to world trade. Great places for a quick bite before you head to nyc.The staff are very friendly and professional. I had no issues with the room and am coming back.

don’t take the shuttle
I waited one hour for the shuttle from Newark airport. I complained to the driver and the hotel front desk. Both said they had frequent complaints from guests about this, but did not intend to do anything about it. Why say at a hotel which knows there’s a problem but refuses to do anything about it?
