Pleasantly surprised
We spent one night with our two kids in a two room suite. Rooms were larger than expected. One problem we did run into: we were there with three other families and decided to eat dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. There was seven adults and eight children. I guess they are not use to that many diners because the night we were there, there was only one server and one cook. It took two hours for everyone to be served their meal. The cook was very nice and came out with some fruit at the end of our meal to apologize for the long wait.

Great Hotel
This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The ammenties were great, pool, volley ball court. The kids had a great experience.

Needs Major Upgrading
The hotel is adequate enough, but the staff was almost non-existent, took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when we were checking in. The neighborhood is a run down industrial area, views from the front of the hotel include a furniture warehouse. We stayed in a suite, they had to move us from the first room we were given due to a broken refrigerator. The appliances are extremely old and worn, the a/c units are very loud and inaccurate (room was either very warm or freezing cold). The beds (including fold out sofabed) were very comfortable and the only saving grace for the otherwise unattractive rooms. TVs were very old and the pictures were fuzzy. Bathrooms are small and need to undated badly.
