Good hotel overall
The hotel is quite new and service is efficient. Rooms are clean and the location is fairly central, although the surroundings are pretty shabby. One of the best hotel in the area

Novotel Kowloon Premium Floor
We stayed for 6 days at the Novotel in Kowloon on busy Nathan Road last month (October 2009). We chose a hotel special that included breakfast, tea setups, happy hour and an upgraded room on their Premier Floors (14, 15). While we cant comment on the quality of the standard room, the Premier room was nice, fairly large (for Hong Kong) and the services offered by the staff and food bar on the Premier floor were a tremendous value. The rest of the hotel is nice but was extremely busy. The higher floors of the Premier rooms ensured there was no street noise and overall, we enjoyed our stay. We did try the hotels main restaurant buffet one evening and were amazed at the quality and variety of food. Its very pricey (about $40 US per person) but we found a "buy one, get one free" coupon in a coupon book offered at the HKG Airport Tradeshow visitor counter so it was a great value for us.

Decent hotel
Good central position in Kowloon. Close to MTR station and within walking distance of Temple Street market. Staff friendly. Room comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast which was good value. Evening buffet had a good selection of food.
October as a good month. Lots of sunshine and comfortable hot. Ladies Market better than Temple Strret Some very exclusive shops but very expensive Yacht Club was good for food Airpirt Express train was good Octupus card excellent. Can be used for MTR, star ferry, car parks and in shops.
