Not too much Impressed
The Inn was just okay. The closet was too small and can’t hang our clothes for the entire three days we were there. A hole on the ceiling was noticeable in the room and no light to switch on when you enter the room. The front desk associate was not too friendly, can’t even break a smile! The cleaning crew opened the door without knocking at all while we were sleeping. On the contrary, the breakfast served every morning was good and enjoyed by the family.

smelly hallway and carpets
we usually dont have complains about most hotels we stay if it has a decent bed and bathroom.this hotel should definetly improve on their bathrooms.the carpets need to be changed as the entire floor we stayed was stinking.this isnt the standard that you expect out of a holiday inn express.the breakfast had a decent spread but everything was bland.

Will definitely go back
The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly. One thing that the hotel can improve on is the swimming pool. Since it is located in an area known to be cooler than most cities, a water heated pool would be great.
