It was the second time visiting this hotel and I was once more very satisfied. It is a pitty that the hotel will be closed in 2010

is this really a 4 star hotel?
This hotel is rated as 4 star. But the room is so old and more in 70s style. Great location though.

Great Hotel
The room was very comfortable located across the street from the Shinagawa train station. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was great. Internet service was extremely slow which was the only down fall. The hotel staff were great and spoken English and were very happy when I spoke Japanese to them. Most of me dealings with the staff was conducted in Japanese. My next trip to Japan will involve the Hotel Pacific.
