It sucked
it was ok not the best place we have stayed. not going back thats for sure.

Not impressed
First of all we couldnt get into the room because the door handle was not working properly, after a trip and a phone call to the front desk my husband ifnally figured oout the problem. The room was very hot when we checked in about 6pm. After a hot day at Knotts Berry Farm we expected to check in and relax in a nice quiet cool room. It didnt cool down in that room until after midnight. It was misserable. I had to wet a towel to put on self to cool down. The fridg was unplugged, so it was a good thing I didnt have anything that needed cooled right away. The coffee packets tasted like water and i found out they charge you $1.50 for the little crappy shampoo, soap and coffee they leave in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

People at the hotel where really nice. The room was clean. And I got a great deal on it. What more can I ask for!!!!
