Enjoyed our stay. The location is good and the kids loved the pool.

Poor Service
The reasons we picked this hotel were because it was a Holiday Inn so we expect a certain quality of service and it had a pool. The pool was closed for some reason that was not explained. Odd that it would be closed on a Saturday night with a full house, but these things happen. But, the front desk did not inform us of this issue, so with kids in tow we head to the pool all decked out for swimming. Not a good outcome for kids that were ready for some water action. Service - during check in we were infomred that all of the roll out beds were being used. Ok. After the pool incident I voiced my displeasure to the front desk. After some discussion we left. An hour later a roll out bed shows up at the room. Explaination from the manager - "I had to make this myself". WOW. It must have taken 4 minutes to throw the bed together since it was not completely made. And do you think he could have done this when I requested it from the start? Nope. Very pore image for Holiday and I would not go back!
