It’s ok...

The place is ok. The main street is very busy though. It’s kind of dangerous. Otherwise everything else was good.

Great Place To Stay

The rooms are quite, nice and clean. You get free internet access and free breakfast. Excellent price and convenient location.

Wouldn’t come back

The staff was ok, the cleaning ladies did a good job but the floor of the room itself was pretty disgusting. I did not feel comfortable walking in this room without my shoes on, I’m not a very picky person either. The first night I noticed the bottoms of my socks were very dirty just from walking around the room a little. It was pretty bad. The "jacuzzi room" is not worth getting if you’re expecting a jacuzzi. It’s just a deep tub with air jets on the side, nothing special. The bed was pretty worn and not very comfortable and the sheets smelled very strongly of bleach.

I was expecting the hotel to be very loud because it is right off the interstate, but it was quiet and I slept well.

This is ok hotel, wifi is additional, complementary breakfast ok not delicious but edible :) , room is clean and comfy and everyday - room service that change all towels. aircon was superb specially we stay at the time it was really hot in hayward.

Who would’ve thought...

The location would make you rethink staying. I’m glad I didn’t change my mind. It was the BEST 4 day stay in a long time. I was very pleased at check, throughout my stay the employes made my stay well worth it. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and were very pleasant to my 9 1/2mo. Old son and I. They talked with and even took time out play with him when they seen us, he enjoyed and I didn’t know there were still good people that care. I will always let others know to stay there ALWAYS. From check-in, the room, breakfast, staff, location, down to check-out it was a pleasant and RESPECTFUL stay. It was GREAT! My son and I enjoyed ourself. They didn’t know the burdens I had at all.. and made what I had going on so small. I enjoyed sharing smiles the whole stay with the staff. Rm 138 From Sat June 20th- Wed June 24th it was mind relaxing and pleasant. Thank you to the staff.. THANK YOU!

Not Impressed

The place was kind of a dive. The staff there was nice though. I would not go back.

Satisfying budget hotel

I enjoyed staying there for two nights. Price was reasonable and I don’t have any complaints except noise from freeway and street. I don’t expect it to be really quite but sometimes especially a lot of motorcycle noises bothered me.

As it is said by other travelers, it is somewhat noisy. Freeway and street with big motorcycle noises may disturb sensitive people or babies.

I love staying there

I have stayed at this property a few times and I love staying there and i love the jacuzzi tub room.

Too noisy; near a half-way house; good for one night-that’s it

Bottom line: there were a few "shady" characters loitering around or near the stairwell in front of our room. THEN, to make it worse, our room was awful. Somebody defecated in the toilet and DID NOT FLUSH - it was disgusting. Moreover, our trash can had cigarette butts and coke cans. It appears people hung around after the room was cleaned? The room was noisy as well as the hotel is located right in front of a main street which leads to the 880 freeway. Location - okay if one has business in Oakland or San Francisco. Cleanliness - ZERO. I was afraid to even touch the sheets. YUCK.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Insist on a clean room. Make sure your room is not by the stairwell. Noise factor from the street - might want to take a sleeping pill ’coz it is NOISY.

You get what you pay for!

In attempt to save some cash, booked this room based on the cost instead of the hotel amenities...The hotel is right off of the interstate, my room was practically in the emergency lane....way too noisy. The AC didn’t work very well...floors were very stained & dirty....

Hotel and its amenitites were comfortable and reasonably priced. I would stay again.

That was not too bad.

The stay was good, so was the breakfast. I could not use the free wireless even after the tech support. The front desk need to be a little warmer and frendly when welcoming guest and not cold and down to business.

Excellent Value

I travel a lot for business, and this hotel was an excellent value. The location was supurb; right at the 880 freeway, (not noisy in the rooms at all); nice pool and jacuzzi, for relaxing, great shower and tub; very friendly, helpful staff, surrounding area good with eateries, grocery store, etc. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Hayward Oakland Airport

OK little hotel and only 10-15min from Oakland airport. Easy to find as right next to freeway, but that made it a little noisy. Nice big room especially for the price, staff very friendly. Room had fridge and microwave. It even had a pool, and hot tub which we didn’t expect. If you have an early trip to the airport you can convieniently fill you car up the night before at the gas station directly across the road. Shopping mall 1 exit away closes at 9pm.

Dont go for the jaccuzi it fits one tall person at most

This hotel is alittle older and none the worse for wear, i got the jaccuzi room which was a deep tub and fit just me, the room was non-smoking but i found when i placed my jacket on the cabinet top it came up smelling like smoke, the bed was great, channels where good and wireless works fine, the hotel is kinda noisey i stayed on the 3rd floor and people where coming and going all night, the breakfast was better than most places good selection of basic items , pool was dirty and jaccuzi was nice and warm. Overall on a scale of 0-10 10 perfect 1 gonna get an infection this was about a 7. Im a travel nurse so see many hotels and this is pretty good for the cost, nice size for long term stay as well and refrig and micro where clean and up to date

Traveller's tip for business travellers

its 100 yard of the 880 and freeway noise is not evident at all , mcdonalds and asian resturants within walking distance, gas stations right across the street as are liquor store and convienece store, the malls for shopping are just 2-3 exits further north on the 880 and this location is about 1 mile from the rte 92 which passes over the bay and drops you in san bruno and close to sfo.

I’m Going Back

I loved the fact that the hotel is right off the freeway and it was very clean. The front desk was very helpful and she had my reservation ready to go and pointed me in the direction of where my room was. I only had to pay a $10 dollar deposit in which i did get that back once I checked out. Me and my boyfriend loved the romm especiall the jacuzzi tub we did not want to get out of it. We were able to get a late check out when I called and asked for one. I loved the comfort of the bed. It was just a great night stay and I’m going to go back.

Nice Hotel for Short Stay

The hotel was better than I expected. It’s right off the freeway so it’s very easy and accessible. I arrived at 1 a.m. the lady at the front desk was very "cold", I just simply gave my name she gave me the key and that was it. My only complaint was that even though they offered free wireless internet, there was none available for the 1 night I stayed. The morning staff were better at customer service needs. I’d stay here again though, and would recommend it to someone else.

The "deluxe breakfast" includes, eggs and sausage patties. Waffles are also available. We were 4 in our party, really saved us a few bucks. Although, McDonald’s is right accross the street.
