Ramada Inn

Great Location, Great bedding, poor customer service

Check in was very impersonal, less than last time we stayed there... I guess that was good, wuick, painless since we prepaid our stay... but no ID requested... uhmmm... Room was cool, clean... beds are very comfortable... loved the location, parking... my main complaint... even though coffee in rooms, not as good as from actual coffeemakers, but guess what - no coffee in continenatl breakfast area, when asked at front desk, was told they ran out, all they had was the clearish looking decaf... have a claim group and they drank it all.. when I found attendant in "restaurant" she was busy with newspaper, never looked up and she said nope, we have none and probably will not have it the next day... not what I wanted to hear... waffle maker looked like it needed a little tender loving care as in cleaning... so we went out to eat breakfast (one of the attractions to Ramada - continental breakfast)... Surprisingly, Sunday morning they did have coffee, perhaps call to corporate does heed results, but still issue of how I felt treated as if I did not matter enough for her to look up at me.
