Fantastic bed and breakfast
I stayed at the Edwardian for 2 nights as a solo traveller. The room was lovely and clean and the owners were so helpful. It was all the little things that made such a big difference to my stay. I would definitely go back!
There are guided walking tours of Exeter that leave from outside the Cathedral. It is free of charge and was an excellent way of seeing the sights and learning the history. Very interesting!

Avoid if you need to be somewhere at a particular time!
We stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. After travelling for 5 hours we arrived at 1pm and were told that under no circumstances sould we check-in until 2pm. We explained that the wedding began at 3pm so that wouldn’t leave us enough time. The owners were very unaccomodating and wouldn’t let us check-in until 2pm. As a result we missed most of the wedding ceremony. No concept of customer service. Very disappointing.
