Not impressed
Fantastic location, right at the water’s edge. However, the reception staff extremely abrupt and very unhelpful. Most of the waiters/waitresses wandered around aimlessly and appeared to ignore the guests. It seems that there was a total lack of authority and supervision by suitably qualified people. If they can get these problems sorted, it will be a great hotel.
