excellent hotel
extremely happy with both the hotel and the service we experienced. The staff were very helpful considering we arrived in the early hours of the morning due to traffic problems travelling to hotel.

Shower fell apart at a touch as did the bedside drawer Pillow and bed extremely uncomfortabl
Although the actual hotel was fine and clean, everything fell apart at a touch and the bed was like sleeping on stone cladding floor.

ok for a ’pit stop’
lovely hotel the bathroom is a walk in shower! stated 24hr reception, but we got there at 1pm & there was no one there. came back at 2.30 & managed to get our key (we were due at my brothers wedding at 3pm so this was very inconvenient as the 24hr reception was one of the things that had attracted us in the first place) clean crisp whit sheets with a luxury throw. spare pillows in the cupboard. close to M4 but not a great area..
