Well worth it
Book early for good rates and you’ll pay little more than a budget hotel. Close to the shops and about 15 mins walk to Canal St and Piccadilly Station

Well located for city centre. Comfortable well equipped rooms. Excellent, helpful and well informed staff. Would stay again.
