Close to central train station
My room was small, but clean and adequate. Front desk staff were efficient. Lobby is very small with lots of foot traffic. Nothing special about this hotel except its proximity to the train station. Access to the train station is through a short walkway on the lower level; this access is closed on the weekends.

Location Location Location
Stayed at the Caesar Park Hotel for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. Airport bus transfer to and from the hotel is very convenient. The food stalls are abundant . The accessibility via MRT is perfect. The downside is that the hotel is old. The rooms need a makeover. Old bathtubs and toilets, exposed telephone lines, etc...

Good stay at the Caesar Park Taipei
You can’t beat the location. The regular and high speed train stations are right across the street and you can even go straight there through the underpass. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very nice, except for a little bit of wear and tear in the shower. The service was excellent.
