Service leaves a lot to be desired, won’t return
When we arrived we were told they couldn’t give us a smoking King which is what we reserved. She offered us 2 double beds when I said my husband won’t fit and we want to sleep in the same bed, she offered me a King non-smoking with "we could go out to smoke", I said no we’ll just try another hotel, please do whatever to get my credit card corrected. She said Oh you can’t get your money back, I say but you didn’t give me what I ordered, then she said it says 2 double after she had already acknowledged the King smoking! Luckily I had a print out of my reservation which I showed her. At that point she said "OK I guess some other guest will have to get mad at me now." I got my smoking room with a King bed, it just so happened it was located at the absolute furthest possible distance from the stairs! Funny how that worked. . . . .the room once we were in it was perfectly fine and what we expected from Ramada, the service will keep us from ever using this Ramada or quite possibly any Ramada again. I know we are only occasional travelers, but you can bet this won’t be the last time I tell my story.

Highly recommended
My son and I really enjoyed our stay. My son loved the breakfast area and microwave. I thought the room and especially the bathroom was clean and comfortable.i would definitely stay here again.
