Hotel Staff just wonderful!!
The hotel staff were wonderful!!! The area of hotel wasn’t convenient and not able to get around easily without a car. Houston’s public transportation isn’t easily accessible near this area. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful and the weather was beautiful.

Good hotel
Everything was good except the front desk’s hospitality. I was travelling with 8 month old baby n requested for Fridge since 3 days before travelling n when I checked in the hotel, there was no fridge n so I requested for some more ice pack boxes to preserve the breast milk n she said that we dont have any, we cannot do that.. n she offer to use Kitchen fridge n I requested her to keep the milk frozen n also the icepack, n she kept them in fridge instead freezer n so I had to throw precious mother’s milk in airport as ice pack was not strong enough to keep the milk cold n it got thawed. I would care less about the hotel if my basic requirement was not fulfilled. people travelling with baby’s need to think twice.

Just what you need
The rooms are clean, spacious, renovated and well maintained. I liked the huge lobby where one can relax this is very rare to find in other inns. The price/value is the best. This place is ideal for business people on a budget or travelers, I wouldn’t recommend it though to families because of its location.
