Good Value for Money
The hotel is situated within easy reach of the beach and town. The room was well presented and very clean. However as it had been a hot day air conditioning would of been a bonus. Only stayed the one day and had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning before depature. Only downsize of the stay was the bar was not open so had to go into a nearby hotel to get a drink. this aside we will def go back and stay again.
Traveller's tip on dining
A meal at the Indian Ocean restaurant is a must, good food, service and value for money.Only 5 mins walk from hotel.

Reasonable value for money
I am not a chocolate fan; I just stayed there for one night on a business trip because it conveniently located for me. The room was comfortable enough. My colleagues stayed around the corner at the Wessex which was also a 3 star with a lot more facilities and a bit cheaper. The Chocolate Boutique is fairly small, for example the front door is kept locked and they give you a front door key, also you have to ring for reception (which is tiny). On the positive side, you get free chocolates in your room, the staff and owners are very friendly and obliging and the breakfast was very good. To be fair I do not think that the Chocolate Boutique aims for the business market. If you prefer a bigger, less personal hotel with a gym, pool and big restaurant try the Wessex around the corner.
