very impressed
good location with 4 great restaurants nearbly and in the hotel itself. People are very helpful in the hotel and also very nice in the neighborhood. At the back of the hotel, there is a big yard and this canal and also runs into the hotel.

Not very helpful on reception. Acceptable to poor in most every measurable criteria.

Did the job but nothing special
A typical tired Best Western hotel. Adequate and reasonably good value for what I needed, but just a little more care and attention to cleanliness and maintenace would have made all the difference, e.g. clean the bathroom mirror; paint the flaking window frame.
