Thoroughly Disappointing
Terrible Service. Promise of the "special bed" was empty. The room was musty. And the staff at the reception was deeply discourteous. Never Again at Radisson and particularly this one!

Still a quality hotel
I had my wedding reception there many years ago (1992) and the hotel is still in excellant shape.

Hot water problem
There was no hot water in the morning. I received a perfunctory apology at the front desk and then learned from the shuttle driver that this is an ongoing problem. Curtains in the room were hanging off the rod making the room look uncared for.
