Airport walking distance
They have a shuttle you can call, but you could just as easily walk there from the airport it’s that close. During the day, military aircraft take off, which is both noisy and cool. We booked three rooms, two were ok but mine unfortunately had a slight odor to it. The place needs to be renovated, but it was such a fantastic deal that I would book there again. Albuquerque is so small that everything is a short drive away, even from the airport.

Golf: Paa Ko. Nightlife: Q-Bar at Hotel Albuquerque Hotel in Old Town. Cool neighborhood: Nob Hill just East of UNM on Central Ave.. Food: El Pinto north of town - Mel Gibson, G.W. Bush, Hillary Clinton, many other famous people have eaten there.

Don’t Stay There!
The carpet in the room was old and torn in places, not very clean. The bed was old and linen was dirty. You can not control your A/C or heater, it is dependent on the outside environment. If its cold outside you only get "warm air", if its warm outside the "its just air." Then if its hot outside then the A/C is on. I was not impressed at all. I was to stay two nights, however checked out early in the morning. I will never stay there again.
