overall view
well it was a very nice hotel with not alot of facilities like other hotels that surround it. Drinks from bar and restaurant had to be put on a tab and be paid for at the end of stay. Asked to contact police and was told that they were not a secretarial service

"Won’t be going back"
When we arrived our room was not ready, had to wait almost two hours for room. We booked Alexander rooms with an extra cost and we did not get beach towels. Every other 4* hotel we have stayed in there provide towels. Staff were grumpy and and the quality of the food was not good. We have stayed in the Mere Nosterm and Volcano several times and there is no comparison. The entertainment was also not good so we went out to other hotels each night. The Siesta is not an enjoyable place to stay and we will not be recommending it to any of our friends. not up to standard for a 4* hotel. Overall very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend it to any of our friends.
