Shangri la always excellent but service haphazard here
Great room and as always for the Shangri la group an excellent hotel. Blu restaurant is superb. Service varied, always friendly but breakfast in the Horizon Club was a catalogue of errors and slow.

A pleasure to stay at this hotel
It does not matter my arrival or check out time, the excellent, professional, friendly service I have expereinced has been consistent. Very little time to arrive to a comfortable truly clean room. Every thing works as it should, Delicious meals, including late room service. I enjoy arriving and regret leaving. I am ready to go back!
Stay at the Executive Club Level Impress prospects and customers to dinner and drinks at the hotel. Use the gym and swiming pool.
