Great Hotel, great people
Not to much to say about, its just a very nice hotel with very good service. They also have a nice pool! The only problem could be availability. If you do not book it in advance, you might not get a room.

Really bad service
The night my wife and I checked-in at the Hilton Miami Downtown, for some reason, the hotel had no water nor the certainty as to how long it would take to fix the problem. We had an eight-hour flight the next day, so we decided to take the hotel´s offer to move us to the Doubletree hotel nextdoor and make sure we would have a chance to shower before flying overseas. Although the hotel provided us with a solution, both the manager and the guest services operator on duty were extremely rude and made us feel like they were doing us a favor instead of providing us with a solution for the money we paid!
