Nice Hotel in Downtown Sydney
The staff was courteous and the hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and have wonderful views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbor/Bridge. The Wi-Fi should be free by now like other hotels, and the business center closes very early for most businessmen. The fitness center is nice, and the staff goes out of their way to help you.

Excellent Location and Views
The hotel is located a block from Circular Quay. Circular Quay is a great place from which to catch ferries, take tours, walk the park etc. The views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbor Bridge are gorgeous. I liked the fact that the hotel was very conveniently located if you wanted to walk to the park, Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, etc. You could leave from here and reach your destination in 10 minutes or less without walking too steeply uphill. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and pretty. I preferred the food in this hotel to that in the Shangri-La and The Observatory. Whereas I experienced exceptional staff service at The Observatory. And the Shangri-La has more spacious rooms with comparable views. The location and the food at The Four Seasons were better. I would stay here again.
