Perfect place to stay
Casa Real Hotel is a 4-star hotel that is very well-maintained, with perfect location that is near Macau Ferry Terminal (where all the free shuttle buses are), Sands Casino and Fisherman’s Wharf. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from ferry terminal and also the border gate with 30-minute intervals. The rooms are complete with toiletries, hair dryer, coffee and tea-making facilities, and alot more. The hotel is very clean and all staff are very helpful! We were even upgraded on our last night at the hotel! Just amazing! This hotel also has casino, you don’t have to go far. Two thumbs up for Casa Real Hotel Macau!
Utilize their free shuttle to the ferry then hop on other shuttle buses to save on transportation.

"Good location - reasonable price"
This hotel is very close to Jetstar ferry terminal which very convenience when travel from HK to Macau. Room condition is standard , clean and provided with all necessaries. Services of hotel satff are impressive, especially concierge which very informative and helpful.
To travel into town from this hotel, can easily take public buses by getting Macua map from hotel and ask for bus number from hotel satff.

Not a 4 star
Not sure how this hotel received a four star rating. Upon entering the hotel, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a renovated room for more money. When I declined, so did the service. Several times they tried to get more money out of me, offering hardly any services. You can’t even use the slow internet at their cafe/lobby unless you buy something, and when I asked for an internet cafe, they wouldn’t refer one to me. The hotel is old and smells musty, but the room is big. Location is close to ferry, but a 15 minute walk to town. Not bad for the price. My experience wasn’t good, because I don’t like the feeling of being ripped off or taken advantage of.

I’d be sure to use the pool. About the only decent amenity they had.
