Horrible!!!! Do not stay here!!!
The hotel smelled horrible, had trash and dirty towels on the floors sitting outside of the rooms when we arrived and it was still there in the morning. The bathroom was grossly dirty. We had no hot water when we got up to leave at 5;30 am the next morning and the manager on duty did nothing about it. He said the manintance guy would be in at 7 am. The "hot" breakfast was premade sausage patties and eggs otherwise you had bagels and toast with cereal. I didn’t have high expectations going into this hotel, but I was still insanely disappointed when we arrived.

Don’t stay at this hotel
They had booked my room to someone else and the desk clerk couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me why--he was very difficult to communicate with. I have booked several rooms through Expedia and have never had this problem before. They did have one room left at the back of the hotel that opened into a cold damp hallway. I originally booked a double queen, and got a single king instead--good thing I didn’t bring my son like I was planning to or this could’ve caused huge problems. Not a lot of selection for breakfast...but the biscuits and gravy were good. My room was clean and comfortable. Too many loud kids at the water slide kept my daughter and I from going to the pool and hot tub. The general atmosphere of the place was disappointing. My daughter was extremely disappointed that they sold college memorabilia for every KS college except FHSU--the local state university. I have never been so happy to check out of a hotel in my life and was happy the rest of the day that we didn’t have to spend another night there.

The Worst Experience We have EVER Had!!!
We were supposed to be staying for 5 days. There was mold on the shower curtain, they didn’t clean our room or give us fresh towels twice, the heater felt like air conditioning, and the worst of all, they tried to check other people into our room 3 times that we know of and possibly more because it would deactivate our key each time they did it. They said they would give us another room and they DID NOT understand we just wanted them to quit checking other people into our room!!! We checked out on night 3. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
