Old bare motel
Must have been built in the 50’s and never really upgraded. Would not stay here again. We were very surprised at the low ameneties this hotel offered. "continental breakfast" was one plate of low cost prepackaged coffee cake, there was no wi-fi to the rooms, and no shampoo provided. On top of very expensive rates they charge for a bowl of ice.

Average Hotel
Got this hotel for 1 night due to its proximity to the nautical mile(a strip of dozens of waterside restaurants and bars). To get to the "mile" was a short walk (or quick drive) through a nice and quiet neighborhood. A great deli is also a minute walk away. The staff was helpful and the bathrooms are new.
