Great location, lobby, and view. Bathrooms could use some work.
Great location, lobby, and view. Bathrooms could use some work. After a shower the bathroom was completely wet and stayed wet for a long while due to the lack of a vent.

Beautiful hotel
The room was spectacular; beautiful decor and spacious and very comfortable bed. I loved the voucher if one was ’green’ and skipped the maid service, a very clever idea.

Great location and amenites
Excellent location in the Back Bay area, close to the T, shops, restaurants. Nice bar and Starbucks in the lobby, along w/several computers to use. The only negative was our room location--next to the elevator. When we checked in the only room (w/king bed)that was available was next to the elevator and we were asked if that was ok. Well the high speed elevators are very loud in the room, and they go all night long. Didn’t feel like moving and by the second night i got used to the noise (through ear plugs). Very nice hotel, good value and would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again.
