will definitely use this hotel next time we go to Preston
arrived late at night and not very easy to get to, due to the one way system. Night entrance button did not seem to be working. However when we eventually got to our room we were very pleasantly surprised. Excellent in all ways- breakfast was good- our daughter joined us- all staff were very helpful and cheerful - car parking good - handy for town. All in all a very happy experience.

Was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy and great value for money. Was particularly impressed that after hearing lots of noise comming from the room next to us when walking down the corridoor we couldn’t hear them at all in our room. The room was comfortable, a good size and very clean. Will definately be staying there again.

exceptional value
Clean room with nice plasma tv, big pillows, crisp white linen, clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Free WiFi. Easy walking distance from town centre. Only drawbacks were noise from nearby busy road and no air con in room. Would definitely recommend. Best value at the price.
