Shopping, good facilities and lots and lots of walking
This hotel is part of a new build, bus station on ground floor, shopping centre on the middle and hotel above. It is a minimum of a 30 minute walk to the beach (downhill) and a bit more to get back. If you like clothes and gadget shopping and are happy to use the hotel terrace for sunbathing then you’re sorted. However, if you want to be ’in town’ you’re at the wrong place. This really is a business hotel. You can take the (cheap) bus of course, they are regular and only 2 Euro 40 return (and only 8 Euro single from the airport direct to the hotel). My wife and I walked everywhere though and even the nearest newsagent is a good 10 minutes away. The staff were all very nice. The gym was very good. The terrace is fine. It’s all very Ok and fine but, if you don’t like walking or using public transport then I’d avoid this one.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
The airport to the bus is 8 Euro single. The taxi (Mon-Fri) is 65 Euro one way (and 75 on Sat and Sun). Try the side streets too - the pints are one Euro whilst on the seafront they are three/four.

Very impressive modern hotel.
Excellent new hotel, highly recommended. Very impressed with all the facilities, pool and surrounding relaxing area of a very high standard. The gym was very well equipped. All the staff very competent and friendly. Rooms modern and extremely clean and well furnished. Only had one night there but felt we could have stayed for much longer! Would definitely return.

Visited local water park, great for families, enjoyed the slides and pools. Shopping and restaurants good.
