Return trip most likely
During my husband’s recent visit to Birmingham to have tests done and see a doctor, we opted to stay here. We were very please with the shuttle service. We are not familiar at all with the city and the shuttle got us where we needed to be, on time , and with a big smile on his face. The staff at this hotel are all extremely friendly and willing to help you any way they can. If we have to go back to Birmingham this will be our first choice..

would pay more to stay elsewhere
The outside of the hotel was old, but the room was newly renovated. It is right next to a waffle house that has security at night. We did not hear anything from the other rooms, but you could hear everything outside. There was noise all throughout the night. It was like sleeping in a tent on a noisy street. The staff was nice and it was clean enough. We will pay the extra money next time and stay at a hotel we can feel comfortable in.
