Convenient to South Portland, Clackamas County and the Town Center Mall
A reasonably priced venue with clean rooms and courteous service. The breakfast is repetitive, but plentiful. The property appeared to be well maintained (no threadbare carpets in the halls, etc), both inside and out. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area on a somewhat restricted budget. Moderately convenient to access and easliy accessible from I-205. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
While my recommended tip is not in town, I always recommend driving the "Hood Loop" and taking the old Highway 30 part through the Columbia Gorge. However, that is definitely a Spring, Summer, or Fall trip. The winter could get a bit dicey due to snow and/or ice.

I would stay here again
Our room was nice-nothing fancy, but functional. The hotel was clean and well kept in most important ways. They have a sauna, hot tub (which was not working for some of the time we were there). They claim to have an exercise facility, but it is just one bow flex machine in the hot tub area and unless you have used one before, it is pretty useless to you. The sauna is quite nice (maximum six people). There is a free breakfast which consists of waffles you make, fruit, muffins, toast, coffee, milk and juices. There is complementary wi-fi in the rooms and a computer that you may use near the front desk if you need to print any items or didnt bring one along. A good experience overall.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
There is shopping nearby at the Clackamas town center and plenty of places to grab a meal. This hotel is right off of the highway (205) and it is easy access to many local attractions, etc. They have a complementary airport shuttle as well.
