This place is a dump!
The place looked like a war zone with cracked concrete everywhere. Perhaps they replaced the luscious foliage with it for a more art deco look. It didn’t work. The onsite poolside restaurant had been closed for months according to a maid that checked us in. After unloading all the luggage, we found we had no water! I complained and they agreed that indeed the resort had no water. Told us the entire island had no water (a lie) and could not tell us when it would come back on. The resort connected me with someone of authority that was extremely sarcastic and suggested he would build me my own water plant. Unbelievable! At this point, it was about 8pm, I had no option but to stay the night. In the morning the water had returned. Except is was a filthy red and brown color, which they said is normal after they lose water! Stay away!!!

Not Bad
For the money it was not bad. The grounds were nothing great but the pool area was Ok. The romm was clean, a little out dated. Its locacated on the what we considered the better part of the island on the Dutch side near the air port. A lot of resturants close by and 2 casinos. There are 3 beaches in the area, one is nude. Its an easy drive over to the French side and to get to Marigot. We only stayed one night and then moved on to our time share. I would stay there again.
