Excellent staff
We expected a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, but only got king beds. Not sure if I misread the description or not. Some of the amenities (extra blankets, hairdryer, etc.) were not easily found, but they were there. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous--they made the difference in our stay.

Nice hotel though Ramadam
The hotel was nice. Though the tour company did not advise us that it was Ramadam. This meant only food could be obtained in the hotel during the daytime. The hotel food was nice. Also, other guests had discounts on hotels due to Ramamdam. I paid full price.

Oustanding Hotel
Excellent service, rooms are quiet and very comfortable. Nice view of the creek. Great selection of restaurants although a bit pricey.
