Hotel Omni Mont-Royal
Very nice hotel for the price paid. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. Great breakfasts too, although not cheap. Very convenient - close to main shopping areas - 10-15 mins walk. Would be happy to stay there again.

Overall very good
Very good service, very good hotel in an excellent setting. They should think about providing slightly more comfortable beds and chairs in rooms, though not bad.

Run down, slow service, good location
The first room they put me in smelled like an 20 year old ash tray. I called to complain, was put on hold for over 15 minutes, called again, no answer. Once moved, the smell was better. Transitioning from the room to the bathroom, there is a 3/4 in high piece of marble on the floor, which I stubbed my toe on several times, very painful. I wouldnt stay there again. The price was reasonable, but the service and cleanliness of the rooms didnt make it worth it.
