An army of concierges
Nice hotel and a great location. There’s an army of concierges waiting to accommodate to whatever your needs are: restaurants, transportation, even arranging to send my forgotten passport to the airport!. Two drawbacks: getting to the rooms is a bit painful as you have climb and go down many flights of stairs (typical in old building hotels all around the UK) and the TVs need updating to flat-screen
