Disappointment
Low room rate reflected overall condition and amenities. For just a few dollars more per night I was able to get an oceanfront room in Daytona Beach area with full kitchen. For anyone wanting to save a few dollars this might be an option. My suggestion is to pay the extra money to stay in a nicer hotel/motel and the added enjoyment will carry over into your overall vacation experience.

Desperately needs carpet replaced
You know the saying, "you get what you pay for" and for a very inexpensive price, it’s worth the money. But as previously reviewed by another, the carpet is in desperate need of replacement. The room we were in, a very dark forest green which hides the dirt by sight. But give it about half hour of walking and your feet will be pretty close to black. Other than that, everything else was clean and the service was very good so you have to be the judge on whether it’s worth to pay extra per nite for clean feet. :) It was nice that it had a fridge and microwave.

If you decide to stay here, maybe bring slippers.

good motel
Anyone who complains about this place real bad is probably someone who is use to the finer things in life. For average joe its rdy to go. The hotel is across the street from the beach but there is no public access for about a block. i just stayed for one night before i got on a cruise and it was fine for that.

If you are on vacation and are planning on just staying at beach i would suggest daytona better rates and you can get ocean front
