Excellent but I pay for the Net on the Executive Floor?
Excellent hotel, beautiful location ... but one can’t help but feel a bit fleeced by having to pay for the internet per minute ... particularly when checked into an executive floor.

Great Ammenities
Many excellent restaurants and bars within the hotel building. Fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools are also excellent.

Wonderful stay!
I checked in late and was upgraded to executive class on arrival, so a good start! The room was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything I could possibly need. Brilliant views of Seoul, great location near Itaewon. Room service was excellent, efficient, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The best bit about the room...the pillows! I had friends staying in other rooms too, and we all agreed, they have the best pillows in the world. Top quality from start to finish, would stay again.

The Orchid Thai restaurant in Itaewon is gorgeous and very reasonably priced - recommended.
