Well placed and comfortable
Hotel very well positioned - just a short walk from the railway and bus station, which was useful, as we travelled from Rimini airport by rail. We also got the local buses to the lovely, wide beach, which is well worth a visit. Hotel is clean and well-appointed, and staff are friendly and helpful - they recommended good restaurants and helped with public transport. Our only caveat is that our room was quite small with not much storage space, but it was welcoming and relaxing.
Traveller's tip
Use public transport - it’s very cheap and efficient, and drivers and other passengers are friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to buy tickets in advance and validate them in ticket machines before travelling. There are plenty of wonderful mosaics in Ravenna and environs - they are a must see! Buy a guide book for background info.
