Good room for the money
The rates for hotels on Long Island can be very high but, this hotel had a good rate and was convient to the places I needed to get to. The staff was helpful and friendly

Kelly
Kelly was so knowledgeable about the city that with her tips, we really had a great time when we visited Manhattan.

Worst Hotel Ever!!!!!
The employees (especially the manager) of the hotel were rude, would give lip service to getting items (such as a tub faucet that would not shut off completely) repaired and never doing it. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - including other Extended Stay America hotels - and I have never seen a worst managed hotel in all my life.
