we opted to stay here over the crowne plaza because it boasted 2 indoor 2 outdoor pools- i of each was at a separate location across the street actually on mirror lake- location wise it was great- the indoor pool was warm and entertained our kids...the use of canoes, kayaks and paddle boats across the street was nice but the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to use it...the hotel is newly updated. the rooms are nice- drawbacks the cool shower stalls leak water all over the bathroom floor..the environ friendly sign about the towels is a joke since you have to use 2 to mop up the floor after a shower....the lighting is also dim to appy makeup...our maid did not vaccuum our room as evident by the pile of dirt on the tile- we had gone for a hike and left our shoes on the tiled entrance into the room and not onto the carpet. the food at dancing bears was average. the fireplace and games in the lobby were nice- the lobby bar was not open. next time we will try the crowne but this place was nice.

outstanding hotel
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing from the room was an iron! The roof top lounge was wonderful!
