Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The grounds, pool and beach were terrific. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit "rustic" but it is a beach hotel.

Tired Hotel
Feel I didn’t get the value I should have as it was still in the "off season" for the cape. It was further away from P town and Orleans where it appeared everything was happening. Tennis courts (big reason we stayed here..were awful)
