Hotel is old
The hotel has been renovated but it is an old hotel. It was a Holiday Inn a number of years ago. Room was clean, staff was nice, nice pool, breakfast was good. Room air conditioner was very noisy and disruptive to sleep. Too expensive for what you got. I will look for another next time I visit the area.

Simple overnight
This was on the way for a 2 day driving trip. Kids liked exploring the halls. Breakfast meets Hampton standards. Solid, mid-range budget hotel. Not a resort, not a dive.

Great hotel for all of your needs
Greta beds, no funny "hotel smell", wonderful breakfast buffet included, and really friendly front desk people.

very good
Very friendly staff, willing to help even for minor issues, internet, computer and printers working very efficiently and a clean room. I would go back there if staying in Lake havasu

Clean, friendly staff, nice hot breakfast, no complaints here!
Hotel staff was friendly upon checkin...rooms were clean, beds were very comfy. Pool was warm, free drinks for happy hour. Breakfast was a nice varied selection. I would consider it a great value for the price point and I would definetly stay there again.

Great Value

Excellent Service
Had requested a "smoking" room. When I arrived they put me in a "non-smoking" room. One call to the front desk and within 5-10 minutes, was relocated a to "smoking" room. Great service.

clean, convenient, but loud A/C
Rooms and hotel were clean, although there was a food wrapper from a previous guest between the bed and the nightstand. The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the fridge and microwave for the kids. The A/C was very loud, however, and kept all of us from falling asleep. Due to this, I probably would not stay here again unless they changed the old A/C unit.

Good place
Great hotel, good breakfast and the maintenance staff was excellent! We pulled the standard tourist routine of sitting on the water too long and giving too much credit to SPF 50 in 120 degree heat and got burned. We called maint and they came to check ac, and brought a fan to boot. In reality, it could have been 50 degrees in our room and it would have still felt warm to our burnt skin! Kudos to the maint staff!

Outstanding hotel
My wife loved the beds, in fact she could be in a commercial for the "hampton bed". The staff was very pleasant. The complementary breakfast was first rate and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of parking allowed us to park our boat. We will definitely go back.
