Watch Out Before Checkout
If you plan to stay in your room and rest before checking out post your do not distrub sign on the door knob the night before. At 8:30 am hotel staff will begin changing beds and knocking on door asking if you are checking out. I had a 17 hour drive ahead of me and needed as much sleep as possible. Little did I know that staff would start changing beds before 11:00 am check out. Another staff knocked again at 9:00 am. According to front desk staff, house keeping has no way of knowing that hotel guest are still in their rooms when they begin cleaning rooms at 8:30 am. So remember the do not distrub sign the night before.

OVERPRICED HOTEL LACKING QUALITY SERVICE
I booked this hotel for my friends wedding that would occur thinking it would be best due to location and supposed reputation. I have never been in a radisson hotel before though I have been in many other companies hotels before. Though my room was prepaid for through hotels.com I was forced to wait for an hour to checkin. The front desk said this was due to not being sure the rooms were ready. I was one of many folks waiting to be checked in due to this. Then when I got to the room it did seem pretty clean but the tv did not work and the dress of drawers was unhinged and on the ground. I called the front desk to get maintenance to fix it, they finally fixed it several hours later which to me was inexcusable. Finally, it was like fort knox in the hotel. I needed some ice and there was none on my floor so I went to another floor, got the ice, but the elevator would not move unless I swiped my card of which I didnt bring because my friend was still in the room and only expecting to go around the corner. Fortunately, I had my cellphone to contact them to save me from this dilemna. All in all, it was ok. Never had this problem with any company before and I am currently letting them know of this.
